They’re a bit tinny, but for the cost they’re more than adequate.

Extra bonus is that there is no wall wart – it’s just a standard AC plug!

These are great sounding speakers at a modest price and will do well for anyone who needs basic sound. They are clean, hum-free, buzz-free and have a full bodied clear tone. These are NOT giant GAME BLASTERS or massively loud wall rattling speakers. For that, you need something else. If you expect to have bass like those guys riding around in Boom Cars with thousand watt speakers, this isn’t that.

I play my downloaded music and videos at the desktop and for that, they are great. Like most Logitech products you get a good bang for the buck. These speakers feel well made, have a nice finish and look good. What else could you want at this price?

I mostly use these speakers one my computer, just to listen to music and occasionally watch a movie. They have fantastic sound quality. I have never had any problems. They have been in use over a year.

Today’s video games practically demand top-quality computer speakers. Add the fact that so many people today are watching movies and TV shows on their computers, and it’s obvious why so many people are seeking out powerful computer speakers. The good news is that it’s possible to find cheap computer speakers that only sound like they’re expensive.

In the old days, computer users didn’t need their speakers to do too much. We still listened to most of our music on CD players and Walkmans, after all. Those days have changed, though, and many of us listen to the notes of our favorite albums through computer speakers.

Of course, the speakers that came with your computer probably make those notes sound tinny and small. And what they do to the sound quality of movie or TV soundtracks is even worse.

Unfortunately, top-quality computer speakers (such as 7.1 speakers) can sometimes cost users more then $500. That’s a lot of money to spend, especially in today’s uncertain economic times.

What’s the solution? It’s all about knowing how to find cheap computer speakers.

You can do this in one of two ways: You can shop at your local consumer-electronics store to find brand-name computer speakers that rank in the lower tiers of the industry. Or you can do some bargain hunting for used computer speakers.

With the brand-name speakers, you might find that a lower-end computer speaker – say ones costing in the $100 range – has more than enough sound quality for your needs. And unless you’re a true music aficionado or a movie snob, the odds are a good that many store-bought computer speakers will be perfectly acceptable for your needs.

Bargain hunting, on the other hand, can turn up a real treasure for a low price. Many computer users ditch their computer speakers whenever a newer, better version of them comes out. That gives you the opportunity to pick up a quality cheap computer speaker with just a little hunting.

So don’t settle for computer speakers that produce below-average sound. And don’t spend a fortune to upgrade to better quality speakers. You can find cheap computer speakers that provide top-notch sound.

Speakers have increasingly become an important part of home computer systems. That’s because today’s video games are more intense, often coming with their own soundtracks. At the same time, a growing number of computer users are downloading TV shows directly to their machines. They need top speakers to truly enjoy their shows. The challenge, though, is finding cheap computer speakers that deliver when it comes to audio performance.

Fortunately, this isn’t as much of a challenge as you might think it is. That’s partly because technology changes so quickly. Manufacturers are constantly introducing new computer speakers to the market. And many of these offer booming, home-theater-quality sound. This encourages computer owners to replace their current speakers.

The good news for anyone searching for cheap computer speakers is that often users will sell their old speakers for bargain prices. The best place to buy cheap computer speakers is on the online auction site eBay.

If you search eBay listings for computer speakers, you’ll undoubtedly come across several pages worth of them, many being offered at bargain prices. This makes eBay a top spot to shop for cheap computer speakers. But you should be cautious, too; getting a true bargain on eBay can sometimes be tricky.

It’s the bidding process, of course, that can scuttle your chances to nab cheap computer speakers. You never know when an overzealous bidder may bid prices too high. The temptation can sometimes be to keep matching escalating bids. But if the bids get too high, you’ll no longer be fighting for cheap computer speakers: You’ll be vying to see who can spend the most for used computer speakers. There’s a big difference.

When using eBay, you must be willing to lose an auction. Remember, this is a far better alternative than is overpaying for an item. You should always have a maximum bid in mind before entering an auction for any computer speaker. That way, you’ll never overspend for what should be cheap computer speakers.

eBay is a wonderful tool for finding bargains on everything from old DVDs to children’s toys to, of course, computer speakers. But like any tool, it must be used properly. If you wise eBay wisely, and exhibit the willpower necessary to avoid bidding wars, you’ll have little trouble finding cheap computer speakers on this giant auction site.
